Full payment is due at the time of service. You can pay your bill online at www.StandardPHA.com. When on the website, select the payment button. Due to ever-rising credit card transaction processing fees set by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express there is a convenience fee of 3.5% for all credit card payments. If you would like to bypass this convenience fee you may choose to pay your invoice by using an ACH/e-check on the website. Accounts not paid in full within 30 days will be charged 1.5% every month. After 60 days your account will be turned over to collection and all warranties and guarantees are voided.
