We had such a great experience! Our AC went out during the dead of summer and Jeremy came out right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly fixed the issue and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It was such a relief to have our home cool again so quickly. We’re so thankful for Jeremy’s excellent work and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services!

I have used Standard for services TWICE this month and both times were excellent. I had a burst pipe with water pouring into my basement and someone was immediately sent over and the pipe was replaced within a hour! Second time my AC went out and someone was immediately sent over and had it up and running in under 30 minutes! I likely got REALLY lucky with someone being immediately available and having easy fixes, but I’m very happy with the service I’ve received! The gal who schedules is also so nice and funny! 5 stars all around.

I can not say enough good things about this company! We called them just to get a quote on ac furnace replacement! John came over sat down with us went over options gave a price.while he was here i mentioned I wanted a quote for an outdoor faucet gave a price that was reasonable compared to what another company said I said let’s do it he has Rene from the office call us and they had someone out the next day to fix it! We gave them a call back and told them we wanted to go with them for the system replacement he got the order started excellent communication even called while we were waiting for the parts to come in to make sure our current system was keeping us cool or if he needed to send someone to get us running while we waited ! The install was smooth the techs were very informative and professional clean is was like no one was even here! I will no longer go with any other company after the amazing experience with standard plumbing! Thank you standard team! It was great to be treated like a person and not dollar signs
